Bipolar disorder start with depression. Cause of bipolar disorder is genetics but causation lies in genetic but genetic causes are filtered obviously. In mania episodes its such an emergency because people are often so distrube because their behaviour upnormal so it should use medication such as antiphsuchotic drugs and treatment to bipolar disorder pattient.
