    The video talk about habit in perspective of science. Habit occurs because of dopamine in our brain that come out when we do something happy about and the brain tell us it is good for us then we do that activity repeatedly.

    The speaker purpose is to give information to the listener about habit in science perspective. Then, he related that information to his prior experience about habit.

    I think this video is trustworthy enough because the speaker here, Marco is currently a full-time research scholar at Harvard University and he still doing his research about this topic.

    Of course, the speaker agrees about the subject because he talk about his research on the habit and share that information to the public audience.

    The speaker has a valid argument because he supports it with his own research on his own field, that is health consultant. The speaker is a well-known cognitive neuroscientist and health consultant so I think that his research is reliable enough.
