Our bodies are like machines that require a balance of protein, carbs, fats, vitamins, minerals, and water to function effectively. If the balance is off, your health will suffer. A balanced diet consists of eating only as many calories as you consume during the day. If you consume more than you burn, the surplus will be stored as fat.

    The speaker’s goal in the video is to emphasize that living a healthy lifestyle is important not only for avoiding diseases, but also for being physically strong, psychologically well, and living a successful life.     I believe the video is trustworthy because it comes from the BBC. So, for the speakers and the source, I believe it is quite trustworthy.

Besides that, exercising is also very good because it can reduce stress and make your body or mind healthier.

Additionally, the speakers seem to concur with it since they talk with enthusiasm, cite reliable sources or facts, and have extensive experience addressing health.

We merely need to increase exercise, nutritious meals, and minimize junk food in order to live a healthier life. Naturally, getting all of it is quite simple for us.

    The main point of the speakers in the video is to invite us to start living a healthy lifestyle. Therefore if we always exercise, eat healthy foods, avoid smoking, then we don’t need to worry about dangerous diseases because leading a healthy lifestyle means 80% of us will be safe from dangerous diseases.

North Dakota for being a leader in women’s health. In my opinion, based on the speaker’s track record, the lectures she gave to the audience were very reliable and the sources came from credible sources.

Apart from that she seems to agree with that because she is speaking based on facts or his own experience and she agrees that living a healthy life is so beneficial and so important in life.

And to support her key points, she uses existing evidence and facts based on her experience or based on research. For example, she revealed that in America one needs a lot of money to lose weight. In fact, if we want our bodies not to be full of weakness, we just have to exercise regularly, maintain a diet, avoid smoking or drugs. And besides based on that if we live a healthy life, it means that 80% of us have survived from getting high-risk diseases.
