    This video is about what she has been through in the past, she tells herself in the past that she has an eating disorder. and it took 3 years for him to recover. She also told people like her that they can still interact, even though there is a sense of shame but it doesn’t interfere with activities.

    To remind us that how we want to accept ourselves, if people are affected by mental illness it needs a lot of attention, support from the closest and beloved people, such as family or friends. and thanks to that support and care, she was able to recover. and never leave someone who has mental illness alone, because later that person will feel unloved.

    I think this video is trustworthy because Evie Pattinson is a person who has an eating disorder, which includes a mental illness that has recovered. And of course, he knows how to feel during an illness and how to heal it.

    The speaker said that “You can keep being the person you want to set out to be. And I’m going to say again that a label. A diagnosis does not define you, it’s not the end of your story, you can keep doing it. You are incredible I know I keep saying that but it’s true”. She expresses her sentence by agreeing, that the illness is not the end of everything. and from that sentence, she also encourages people who are affected by the same disease.
