    In the video, the speaker discussed about her experience when she started to be a minimalist. Commonly, people include her, start become minimalist by doing backward process which start by doing de-cluttering or moving away unnecessary thing from our life because minimalism is well-known with de-cluttering. According to the speaker, it’s wrong process. The first thing that should be done when we are starting to become a minimalist is shift on our mindset. We should focus and enjoy what already we have to know how we feel about our things. If we feel that a thing is valuable, we can still keep it. This first process will help us to organize our mind and things. Then, if we already aware with our belonging, we can try to reduce our purchasing/spending. This step helps us top stop entering more things to our life. Then, the next step is we can do de-cluttering.

    The speaker aim in the video is she want to share her past experience when she started to become minimalist. She want to help others who are starting to implement minimalism life style by learn from her experience. She hope that others won’t have wrong step when they starting to be a minimalist by directly doing de-cluttering. After the viewers watched her video, she hope that viewer’s journey to become minimalist is suave by starting with the correct step.

    I think the video isn’t not trustworthy enough for all of the people because it only based on one perspective which is from the speaker experience. So, the source of her argument was only come based on her experience as a minimalist who have been implementing minimalism life style for several years. However, we still can consider it because if its based on the speaker experience, thus its certainly happened, so it’s a fact. Also, because I and the speaker have the same experience, I think the video can still be my reference to help me understand more about minimalism.

    The speaker use a friendly tone because she kind of doing story telling about her past experience relating to minimalism. And of course she agree with the subject because she is discussing about her own experience.

    In my view, I think the speaker doesn’t put valid argument relating to her statement that the first process/step of starting to become a minimalist is should be shift on mindset. She only put argument based on her past experience to support her key point. However, because I already experienced the same thing as the speaker, I agree with her point that we shouldn’t start to become minimalist by doing de-cluttering.

    This video helps me understanding about the definition of minimalism and the way I am doing it. That actually minimalism is depend on the individual who doing it. Because the speaker and I have the same experience, the video helps me to reflect and explain on what I have done in the past, why I felt failed when I started to implement minimalism. Why de-cluttering didn’t work with me in the beginning, that’s because I am doing minimalism backwards.

    The speaker explains about the reason why he becoming a minimalist. So, he got the idea to learn about minimalism by a famous director that he admire. There was a unexpected moment happened in the famous director that changed how the speaker perspective about a successfulness. According to him, successfulness isn’t about having many new and fancy items, expensive cars in his large garage, or having a swimming pool in his house. He realized that there was another definition of successfulness that can make him happy. It’s about get many various experiences, spending enough time with his family and friends, also can solving difficult problem in his life. He realized that spending his money to buy useless things isn’t wise, so he start to keep his things and value it more, then becoming a minimalist.

    The speaker aims is to inform the viewers about his reason why he began to become a minimalist. The speaker wants the viewers to determine their own reason why they want to become a minimalist. Because to keep doing something, a person needs strong reason, that also being demanded when a person doing minimalism.

    In my opinion, the video is trustworthy because the speaker talked about his own story/experience. The speaker is a director of a film about minimalism documentary. Although perhaps his story is subjective (depend on individual perspective), the speaker story was really happened, thus I think the speaker story can be a reference as the consideration or inspiration for those who want to start being minimalist.

    The speaker tone toward the subject about the reason of people dong minimalism is the speaker opened for all of the probability. The speaker agree that everyone can have different reasons to start being minimalist and it acceptable. According to the speaker, become a minimalist can make him happy because he can spend more effort and time to manage more precious things such as family, friends and his own skill.

    The speaker doesn’t put valid argument relating to his point that minimalism can make him feel successful. He support his argument by using his past experience, how his feeling after doing minimalism for years. And he stated that he is happy by implementing minimalism in his life. Thus, he argued that minimalism helps him to be successful because he feels fulfilled and happy after carry out minimalism into his life.

    The video help me to reflect on my own reason in the past, when I want to start to be a minimalist because I only want to organize my cupboard that full of clothes. Because of that reason, I did de-cluttering. And my minimalism didn’t work. After watch the video, I think that I need a bigger reason that will make me be a minimalist in a long term. I need a principle that keep me stay to aware of things that entering my life.

    The video is discussing about does minimalism is appropriate only for rich people or it can be for everyone. The speaker argued that minimalism is appropriate for everyone because poor people also can take the advantage of minimalism. In our social media, we commonly see that minimalism is implemented only for rich people who can afford many things so they need to control their desire to buy unuseful things. However, poor people have no power to afford their desire of things, so they did not need minimalism because without minimalism, they already stop spending their money to things. Then, the speaker stated that minimalism still can help poor people to be aware of their things, prioritize what should their money is spendihg for. Thus, minimalism can help poor people to value their thingsa and spending money for the things that they are needed only.

    The speaker purpose is to convince people that minimalism is appropriate for everyone included poor and rich people. The speaker provided a point that though poor people are already being ‘minimalist’, they still need be aware with their things and control it to make their life more valuable. Also, by implementing minimalism, they can prioritize their need from the result of their awareness

    In my view, the video is not trustyworthy enough because the speaker tried to convince viewers by only using her sentence without try to provide a related data about her argument. The speaker did not try to provide the evidence or real example about how minimalism can truly help poor people.

    The speaker tone toward the subject is oppose the statement that minimalism is only for rich people. She disagree with this statement. She believes that minimalism is appropriate for everyone.

    The speaker did not put valid argument because she did not mention any resource. The speaker only provide argument based on herself experience and without any strong argument to oppose the subject.

    The video help me to figure it out how minimalism is possibly to implement in everyone life because the most important thing of minimalism is aware about our life. By watching this video, I became more satisfied because minimalism is appropriate for everyone include me.

    The video is discusses about the effect of minimalism life style toward the economy. The speaker stated that minimalism will not collapse the economy because minimalism principle is to spending money intentionally on the necessary things, they not stop spending their money to buy something. Thus, consumption is not the problem, but consumerism is. Minimalist still invest their money more in experiences such as travel, concert, community and much more than new material possessions.

    The speaker’s main purpose is to convince people that minimalism will not give bad effect to the world’s economy. He want people who care about the world’s economy not to be worry if they want to start being minimalism. The speaker aim is to make people who want to start becoming a minimalist feels assured.

    In my opinion, the video is not trustworthy. The speaker is the owner of The Minimalist youtube channel who implementing minimalism life style for years. However, he did not provide any valid source such as from research or from news. Thus, I think the speaker is not trustworthy enough to conclude that minimalism life style did not have any bad effect on the world’s economy.

    The speaker tone toward the subject is he decisive opposing the subject that minimalism has bad effect on the world’s economy. He used strong diction to convince others that minimalism did not give bad impact on the world’s economy

    The speaker doesn’t give valid argument like data from research or from news. However, the speaker provide the supporting argument to make his argument stronger. He stated that although minimalist is intentionally purchasing spending, it doesn’t means that they will stop purchasing something.

    The video helps me to find out a perspective about the effect of minimalism in the world’s economy. Although the video is not valid enough, but the argument that the speaker provided can make me more assured about the minimalism life style.

    The speaker discussed about how sometimes minimalism become so toxic that people forced to went all in with minimalism, minimalist can not collect anything. The speaker already experienced it too, but she didn’t not feel happy. Thus, she decided to back with enjoyable minimalism which she can own several nice things that she value. And she argued that it’s okay if her wardrobe is not shows the perfect minimalist, because she want her wardrobe should be reflecting of her life style and preferences. As long as we keep the priorities rigjt and spend intentionally, its minimalism.

    The speaker aim are to share her own experience of being minimalism and convince other to caught on the toxic minimalism. She argued that minimalist still can keep things that value to be happy. Thus, minimalist should adjust what they are needed, not everything should be followed.

    In my view, the video is not trustworthy enough because the speaker didn’t provide valid source related to her statement. The speaker is a minimalist that already implementing minimalism for several years. However, the speaker perspective of her experience is a bit related to my experience and I agree of her statement.

    The speaker is not agree with toxic minimalism. She used a gentle tone to oppose the subject by stated such as “everyone has their own style, sometimes it appropriate for someone but sometimes not.”

    The speaker doesn’t provide valid or strong arguments. To support her key point, she only stated that she ever experienced the toxic minimalism, and she didn’t happy with it. So, she reinforces her key point by shared her experience.

    This video help me to give final perception about minimalism. That minimalism is not only throw away all of your things, but you still can keep several things that you love for your happiness
