    The speaker’s main purpose is to share and give information on how to set boundaries in our lives. So, by watching the video we can start to apply boundaries to our lives.

    I don’t know if this video is trustworthy or not because all opinions in this video are wholly the speaker’s opinion, based on her experience. The speakers need to learn a lot about herself before she shares this topic become a video. And I think this source is trustworthy enough.

    This video is talk about the most essential boundary tool which is a compass in our lives, the compass is used to make a decision (yes/no) in our lives. Boundary setting will unleash emotions. Three things to do to support our compass are increase self-care, reach out and build a web of resources like finding the expertise to gain information, take a class, go to a therapist, etc and the last focus on choosing your responsibility.

    The speaker’s main purpose is if you shut out the noise and listen to yes or no in your compass you’re going to find yourself going through life with less stress and profoundly in tune with your purpose. You need to be careful and protective so that you have some time to recover during a big challenge.

Sarri Gilman has found that clear boundaries enhance relationships and the quality of life. Sarri is the author of “Transform Your Boundaries,” which she based on insights gleaned from decades of experience as a marriage and family therapist. She is the founder of two organizations that support the needs of children and teens facing homelessness. In both, she created partnerships and unique programs to increase the chances of success for youth in overwhelming circumstances.

All the effects can take us into a toxic relationship, and put people at risk for a dangerous situation, when people have poor boundaries they often blame themselves.
