Lesson: Introduction Activity
Level of students: Lower Kindergarten (3 to 4 years old)
Time allocation: 40 minutes

Learning objectives: 
– Students are supposed to be able to do basic greetings;
– Students are supposed to be able to introduce their names and ask people’s names;
– Students are supposed to be able to identify and recognize 3 colors (red, green, and blue)
– Students are supposed to be able to follow simple instructions (stand up, sit down, hands up, hands down, jump, pass, touch

Target vocabulary: 
“Hello”, “What’s your name”, “My name is…”, “Nice to meet you”, “Nice to meet you too”, “Goodbye”, stand up, sit down, hands up, hands down, jump, run, turn around, pass, touch

Learning Media & Materials:
1. Name tags for each student
2. A glove puppet
3. A small ball
4. Colour balls (red, green, blue)
5. Cushions (1 per student)
6. Crayons
7. Hello song & goodbye song
